Wendy and her colleague came out to fit my horse and they both explained everything in detail to me about what saddle and size is best for my horse and stayed within my budget. Couldn’t recommend her enough she’s brilliant!
Wendy came out today to do a check on my saddle, she was very knowledgeable, went into depth explaining what she was doing and how it needed to be adjusted, always keeping the horses welfare the main priority! Would highly recommend
We ordered a brand new saddle from her own range a little apprehensively as it’s a new brand, but it was just the perfect fit and I love it! she had a variety of saddles for me to choose from & explained why she thought certain ones would be better for him & myself than others. Very friendly & constantly asking if we had any questions. When trialing the saddle checked everything was okay & checked it still fit him properly while riding. Couldn’t thank her enough for the saddle I got as it’s made my boy a lot freer in his movements, he seems like a happier horse & I’m definitely a happier owner knowing I have a saddle that no longer causes him discomfort. Would most definitely recommend & thank you so much!

Wendy explains everything and ensures you have a good understanding of what she is doing and why. She is not in a rush to get to her next appointment ensuring you get the best service she can give.
She will not leave until she is happy that everything is as good as it possibly be.
She is lovely around the horses too.

Wendy has sold my saddle and I’m just so glad it is going to good use and someone else is getting the benefit from it. I would highly recommend Wendy to sell your saddle as she is out every day saying an array of different horses. Wendy is trustworthy and very good at her job.

When she came, immediately, she spotted that the saddle was too long and there wasn’t enough wither clearance. She also was reluctant to go ahead on the day because Bunny had a really sensitive sore pain and suggested for the vets to check her out. I proceeded with that and had all my x rays, tests, and turns out it was a combination of ill fitting saddle and mild arthritis on her hocks so potentially compensated with her back as a result. During that, Wendy recommended me to buy a secondhand Kent & Masters high wither saddle online, which I did, with Wendy’s full support. I rehabbed Bunny for 4 weeks and Wendy came back. She reflocked the saddle I bought, we went through all the checks, and I rode in the arena and went though all the paces, and Wendy took lots of videos just so we can watch it back together after. Honestly, I had a tear in my eye, Bunny was so happy with this new saddle. It was so nice to feel how free she was underneath me and that she won’t be in pain anymore.
Wendy is a breathe of fresh air and all she cares about is how the horse feels. She’s not there to make money off you like a lot of other saddlers that just want to sell saddles to you. She’s super honest and will tell you how it is. The help she’s given me already is immense and I know she’ll definitely be continuing supporting Bunny and I in our saddle journey. Don’t hesitate if you need a saddle fitter. She’s amazing and I have no doubts she will help you and your horse find the perfect saddle for you both.
Wendy has found a saddle that fits him and gives ongoing support as we as new owners find our feet. I have really appreciated her wealth of knowledge and have found that she truly cares about the horse and rider.
Wendy was very professional and took her time with our lovely pony to make sure that we had the right saddle.

Wendy has fitted us both a jump and dressage saddle on different occasions and both times she has been super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely love the fact Wendy truly wants the best results for you and your horse and takes the time to explain the fits of the saddles! It’s lovely to have a saddle fitter than genuinely enjoys seeing the results of a correctly fitting saddle as much as the rider does!!
Within a few minutes Wendy got a feel for the horse and said he needs to improve his top line and shape. Wendy also encouraged me to take him for an x ray to check his back and hocks. I am so glad she did. We found out that my horse had 4 impingements and mild arthritis in the spine. I am looking forward to working with Wendy in the future to find a good saddle to ensure my horse is more comfortable after he’s been medicated.

Loved that she carries a good selection of second hand saddles ( which seems to be rare these days in our area) Bought a well fitting and comfortable saddle for him ( which was endorsed by my physio the very next day) so really pleased. Was not pressurised at all into buying a brand new saddle. Thanks Wendy.

Wendy came with a selection of saddles & tried a few that I already had. I loved the way Wendy checked my new horse over head to toe before putting any saddles on his back, there was no rush! The saddles i had unfortunately weren’t suitable so Wendy tried 2 that she has brought with her, she popped one on and said this was perfect for him, she couldn’t ask for a better fit. Wendy was so professional but also so so friendly. I hopped on my new horse for the first time & Wendy made me feel so at ease! Oh & she tightened up my chin strap on my hat
Safe to say we have a new saddle fitter now & I can’t recommend Wendy enough

It’s been a long journey getting a saddle for her. Wendy came out with not just some options to try but trees to show me how different shapes/sides sit on her. She spent time listening to me and explaining my options ( without trying to push expensive new saddles onto me)… we are now working together to find the best solution for my pony and she has helped to put a plan in place for both the short and long term … I finally feel we are getting it right .. thank you
I cannot recommend highly enough. If your instinct is telling you your horse is not quite right then please call Wendy. She checks the whole horse not just the saddle.
Her visits are super professional, focused, fun and educational. She always leaves me feeling more knowledgeable and confident and is so lovely and kind with the horses.
